Geoffrey Jackson has over 30 years of industrial experience starting as a process engineer, working up to plant manager, and on to corporate Engineering and OT management roles. He has worked in multiple industries including aerospace and building materials and has extensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools as well as how these work
Geoffrey Jackson has over 30 years of industrial experience starting as a process engineer, working up to plant manager, and on to corporate Engineering and OT management roles. He has worked in multiple industries including aerospace and building materials and has extensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools as well as how these work in the Industry 4.0 space. Most recently, he led the digital transformation effort from concept to operationalization for a large, multi-facility company.

Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and help them achieve their business goals. We start with understanding the vision, help to build the strategy which then develops the execution plan using the right Lean, Industry 4.0, Connected Worker, and other tools for your particular business. From there it is all about change enablement and adoption and we provide tips and guidelines for that as well.
